Product Features
1) Mapping Features - A web-based GPS tracking system that utilizes the Google map base service. With our system you can view your vehicles at any time. All vehicles are displayed in real-time on a single map, including the vehicles' current location address, heading, and speed (km or miles). End user can also view distance (km or miles) traveled between stops, and has the ability to view historical travel patterns (breadcrumbs) for each vehicle. Additional features include the ability to dispatch the closest vehicle, create driving directions, set up geofence boundaries, and setup landmarks.
2) Alert Features - Equipped to send alerts to your cell phone via text messaging, or to your email address. Alerts include: speed alerts, stop alerts, input alerts, and geofence alerts.
3) Reporting Features - Includes a wide range of pre-defined reports that can be automatically sent to an email address each day, or viewed on-line at any time. Available reports include: Daily Detail report, Summary report, After Hours report, All Geofence/In and Out, Idle Report, Speed, Stop reports, Landmark report, First and Last Trip of Day report, and Start and End of Day report. In addition to the reports, a vehicle history report showing each location can be downloaded daily, weekly or monthly to Excel.
"We are very happy with the tracking devices. They help keep track of employees and the freight they are carrying with the added benefit of clearing up any discrepancies with customers regarding time of delivery."
